Internet safety
We encourage parents to work in partnership with the school to teach children about how to use the internet safely.
Please see the links below which parents might find useful for advice on keeping children safe online. They include advice on which apps are suitable for primary-aged children, how to set privacy settings and what to do if you come across something you are uncomfortable with.
We teach the children that if they ever see something online that they feel doesn't seem right, or receive any messages that are upsetting, they should show an adult immediately. They are very welcome to bring their device or a screenshot into school for us to investigate further or for advice on actions.
If you would like further advice please don't hesitate to contact the school.
